Their mission is to make client data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting it. The team utilizes advanced analytics techniques to generate valuable insights for L&H Re. With a continuous improvement mindset, they strive to enhance data, systems, and processes for both their own use and their stakeholders. About You: You have proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking abilities. You have effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Essential Skills: <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree with 5+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Proficient in data mapping, ETL processing, and data integration</li> <li>Strong understanding of data structures and testing methodologies for onboarding large and complex client datasets</li> <li>Proficient in SQL, Python/R coding</li></ul> Nice to Have: <ul> <li>Good understanding of relational databases, such as Oracle and SQL Server</li> <li>Experience in handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data</li> <li>Familiarity with best practices of data management and governance</li> <li>Experience working in Waterfall and Agile projects, while leading projects being a plus</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Data Integration tools (e.g. Palantir) and techniques (e.g. EDA, predictive & prescriptive analysis), and visualization software such as Power BI</li></ul> The position will be located in our Fort Wayne, IN office.
